“PR is divided into two main pillars, the internal communication of the company and the external communication with the public. Every company must have a clear vision and what we want to have published so that the outside public can see it. What makes published news on social networks important is the way the news is written and how it is transmitted to the outside public “, said Kastrati.

A success story, not only of the company but also of the PR in the country, Kastrati referred to the festival “Sunny Hill”, which he talked about how it was organized and what the techniques and tools that were used to achieve international success were.

The lecture was interactive, while the students were interested in many issues regarding this activity. In the end, Kastrati instructed the students that in order to do successful PR, you must be approachable, communicative and well acquainted with the work nature. He suggested them to engage in volunteer work as well, as this helps them develop communication and management skills, adding that being part of the many activities as a teenager makes you feel confident to apply in different companies.
