The Faculty of Foreign Languages at AAB College organized a lecture with Albanian-American author
Dearta Logu Fusaro, who presented her book The Illyrian Way.
During the event, Fusaro shared with students the journey and experiences that led to the creation of
the book, which is based on a several-month journey across seven Balkan countries: Albania, Kosovo,
North Macedonia, Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Croatia, and Slovenia.
As part of the lecture, Professor Uranela Demaj delivered the opening remarks, after which the author
spoke about the writing process and the message conveyed through The Illyrian Way.
The activity created an engaging atmosphere of discussion and interest in Balkan culture, history, and
identity.
