Shaping Kosovo’s European Future: Integration, Values, Governance and Transformation AAB College invites students, young professionals, civil society representatives, and early-career researchers to apply for participation in the KO-in-EU Summer School 2026, which will take place from June 1–5, 2026 and June 8–12, 2026 at AAB College.
This intensive academic program is organized within the framework of the project “KO-in-EU – Shaping Kosovo’s Future in the EU: Establishing a Centre of Excellence for European Union Integration, Values,
Role and Impact.” The program aims to deepen participants’ knowledge and understanding of:
– The European Union and the European integration process
– Governance, rule of law, and public policies
– The acquis communautaire (EU legislation)
– European diplomacy, institutional communication, and institutional transformation
– European values, fundamental rights, gender equality, digitalisation, and sustainable
development
Who can apply?
– Bachelor’s and Master’s students
– Young professionals and civil servants
– Civil society representatives
– Early-career researchers
– Applicants from both within and outside AAB College
Selection criteria
– Academic or professional profile relevant to the program theme
– Interest in EU-related issues
– English language proficiency at minimum B2 level (written and spoken)
– Minimum GPA: 7.5
– Strong communication and public speaking skills
– Critical, logical, and innovative thinking
What does the program offer?
– Free participation
– Intensive academic program in English
– 25–30 selected participants
– Certificate of completion
– 5 ECTS credits (depending on fulfillment of academic requirements and institutional recognition)
Evaluation
The program includes:
– a pre-program test
– a post-program test
Both tests will be fully anonymous and used only to measure the effectiveness of the Summer School.
