Within the framework of the KO-in-EU project, which foresees the organization of three hackathons over the years on European integration, AAB College announces the call for participation in Hackathon 2026, representing the first edition of this series of activities.
This Hackathon is designed as an academic, practical, and innovative activity aimed at engaging students in analyzing real challenges faced by Kosovo on its path toward the European Union, as well as developing concrete digital and content-based solutions to address them.
The Hackathon will create a space for interdisciplinary collaboration, where students will have the opportunity to combine theoretical knowledge with practical work by developing ideas, platforms, and innovative solutions related to Kosovo’s European integration process. Through this experience, participants will strengthen their knowledge, develop practical skills, and gain hands-on experience in problem-solving, digital innovation, and public policy analysis.

What will participants do?
Students will work in groups to:
Analyze key challenges in Kosovo’s EU integration process
Design innovative ideas and solutions
Develop an informative and analytical web platform
Present their final solutions before an evaluation jury
Who can apply?
All students of AAB College are invited to apply, with special emphasis on students from:
Computer Science
Public Administration
Law
Economics
Mass Communication / Journalism
Foreign Languages
Students from other fields are also welcome if they are interested in contributing to interdisciplinary
teamwork.
Format of the Activity
The Hackathon will be held as an intensive three-day event, where participants will work in
interdisciplinary teams with the support of academic and technical mentors.
