According to the seventh edition of Google Scholar, January 2017, AAB College has ranked as the top non-public institution in Kosovo and Albania. The Google Scholar rank list includes only six thousand (6000) universities from the world unlike Webometrix which includes more than thirty thousand (30,000).

In this new edition of Google Scholar, AAB College has been ranked as the most quoted private institution and has left behind all its fellow Albanian, Kosovar and Macedonian private universities, falling second only to the public University of Prishtina.

The top list of Google Scholar, called the transparent ranking is published by the Spanish Senior Research Council, part of which is also the Cybermetrix LAB research group.
