26 May 2026

Under the academic supervision of Associate Professor Fëllënzë Pula, on May 23, 2026, the Faculty of Economics – Master’s Level organized a practical workshop entitled “Supply Chain Management”. The workshop was designed to integrate theoretical knowledge with practical analyses of real-life cases from the field of supply chain management.

The workshop adopted an interactive and application-oriented approach, focusing on the analysis of operational, logistical, and managerial processes related to the functioning of supply chains across various economic sectors.

Students were divided into four working groups, with each group assigned a specific case study. Through these cases, participants analyzed supply, production, warehousing, transportation, and distribution processes, examining how products move through the supply chain to reach the final consumer.

The primary objective of the workshop was to enhance students’ analytical and practical skills in identifying operational challenges within supply chains and proposing effective solutions in line with contemporary logistics and supply chain management practices.
