Students from the Banking, Finance and Accounting program of the Faculty of Economics conducted a study visit to Economic Bank as part of the Auditing course.
During the visit, students had the opportunity to gain first-hand insight into the functioning of the banking sector, internal operational processes, and the professional practices implemented daily within a financial institution.
Particular attention was given to the role of internal auditing, the importance of professional independence, and the security of financial data in banking institutions. Through discussions and practical examples, students were able to connect the theoretical knowledge acquired during lectures with its real-world application.
At the conclusion of the visit, students expressed their satisfaction with the experience, considering it highly beneficial for their academic and professional development.
