A training session organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences was held at AAB College under the theme
“Nurses at the Center of Quality Care and Sustainable Healthcare Systems,” bringing together healthcare
professionals and nurses from various institutions across the country.
The training aimed to enhance professional knowledge and strengthen the role of nurses in delivering
quality care and contributing to the development of sustainable healthcare systems.
The sessions were delivered by Eroll Reshtani, Behrije Vishi, Vlora Ejupi, and Velide Pulomemoj, who addressed topics related to workload management, the well-being of healthcare professionals, clinical
incident management, safety culture and error reporting in clinical practice, evidence-based nursing
practices, and other relevant issues.
The training concluded with interactive discussions between participants and lecturers, highlighting the
importance of continuous professional development and collaboration in improving the quality of
healthcare services.
