The Faculty of Health Sciences at AAB College continued its activities within Nursing Week by organizing
an informative lecture for students on the topic “The Role of Nurses in Managing Emergency Situations.”
The lecture was delivered by Driton Sadiku, a nurse at the Emergency Medicine Center, who spoke
about the importance of rapid response and the competencies required in emergency cases, as well as
the challenges nurses face in their daily work.
Through practical examples and discussions with students, the lecture addressed key aspects of
emergency situation management, collaboration with medical teams, and the responsibilities of nurses
in providing healthcare services.
