In this informative lecture on the process of digitalization to students of the Faculty of Mass Communication, IMC President, Mr. Adnan Merovci, explained that the digitization strategy comprehensively defines the transition process from analogue terrestrial television broadcasting to digital terrestrial broadcasting. This process involved all stakeholders (media industry, relevant state institutions, civil society etc).
In addition, Merovci spoke about the history, management, role and function of the IMC, as the most competent authority for regulation, management and oversight of the broadcasting frequency spectrum in the Republic of Kosovo.
