Shpend Voca, a lecturer at the Faculty of Psychology at AAB, successfully defended his doctorate at the University of Masaryk in the Czech Republic.

The defense of the dissertation and its paper “Intergroup Relations in Post-Conflict Societies: Promoting Intergroup Contact and Apologizing” was evaluated with maximum points by the evaluation board. In this paper, Shpendi analyzed the facilitating and inhibitory factors of intergroup contact and apologizing through the application of structural equation models.

Our staff, already composed of many doctors of science, is further bolstered on such advanced processes at home and abroad, reconfirming its position as the first of all non-public institutions in the country. Dozens of former AAB College students are also in the process of completing their doctoral studies.
