Prof. Assoc. Dr. Agron Mustafa is a manager and academic with extensive experience in leading public and private institutions, as well as in university teaching. He is currently an Assistant Professor at AAB College, where he lectures in management, marketing, and corporate governance.
Chief Executive Officer of Telecom of Kosovo (2015–2018) and Pristina International Airport (2008–2011), where he led strategic reforms and organizational transformation processes. He is also the founder of TDM Global, reflecting his vision for sustainable leadership and innovation.
Dr. Mustafa’s career began in 1999 with international organizations such as ADRA, IFDC, and the European Agency for Reconstruction, focusing on finance, contracting, and administration. With the experience he accumulated, he transitioned to the public sector and led the strategic development of Pristina Airport as Executive Director.
In 2015, he was appointed CEO of Telecom of Kosovo, where he led one of the largest public companies through challenges of technological transformation and organizational restructuring. He later returned to academia as a lecturer and then Assistant Professor at AAB College, contributing to the development of academic and managerial capacities.
