Artan Fejzullahu

Prof. Ass. Dr. Artan Fejzullahu is a lawyer with extensive experience in the academic field, lives and completed his education in Prishtina. He graduated from the Faculty of Law and Public Administration, AAB College. While he completed his postgraduate studies in North Macedonia, at the Faculty of Law-Administration (Mr.Sc). Further, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the University of Prishtina ‘Hasan Prishtina”, on the topic: “The Challenge of the Organization and Functioning of the State Administration in the Republic of Kosovo”, being honored with the title Doctor of Law, Constitutional-Administrative profile (https://uni-pr.edu/).

Academic Experience

His academic experience began in 2010 initially as an Assistant in Constitutional Administrative subjects at the Faculty of Law and Public Administration. From 2012-2014 he exercised a managerial position in the capacity of Coordinator of the Faculty of Law and Public Administration at the Ferizaj branch. In 2014, by decision of the Senate of the AAB College, he was elected Lecturer at the Faculty of Law. In 2015, he was elected coordinator for practical work and mentoring of students at the Faculty of Law. In 2024, Professor Fejzullahu was elected a trainer at the Academy of Justice where he was certified as a trainer at this institution for the training of young judges and prosecutors elected in the Republic of Kosovo.

Prof. Fejzullahu has an intense academic activity. Since the academic year 2010/11, he is part of the regular staff at AAB College where he lectures in the field of Law: Basics of Law, Interpretation of Law, Human Rights, Local Governance, Judicial Review of Administrative Acts, Comparative Administrative Law, Legal and Political Thought.
