Prof. Ass. Dr. Skender Gojani was born on October 26, 1981, in Gjakova, where he completed his primary and secondary education. In 2009, he graduated from the Faculty of Law, majoring in “General Law.” In 2011, he completed postgraduate studies in “Civil Law,” earning the title of Master of Civil Legal Sciences (Mr.Sc) (https://uiliria.org ). Later, in 2015, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the European University of Tirana (UET) on the topic: “INTERNATIONAL SALE OF GOODS CONTRACT ‘OPT IN’ CISG & INCOTERMS AND TIR,” and was awarded the title Doctor of Legal Sciences in Civil Law (https://uet.edu.al ).
His academic career began at Business College as a lecturer from 2011 to 2016 (https://kolegjibiznesi.com ). He also served as a lecturer at the Faculty of Law in Peja during 2013–2015 (https://unhz.eu ), at the Faculty of Law in Prizren from 2014–2015 (https://uni-prizren.com ), and at UBT College during 2015 (https://www.ubt-uni.net ). In 2016, he began his professorship at AAB College (https://aab-edu.net ).
Since 2016, Prof. Gojani has been a Full Professor at AAB College, teaching both Bachelor and Master level courses, and is the head of the Master’s program in Civil Law. Courses he teaches at the Faculty of Law include: At the Bachelor level: Law of Obligations I, Law of Obligations II, Labor Law, and Private International Law. Professional experience – From 2022 to 2025, Prof. Skender Gojani served as Chairman of the Arbitration Court of Kosovo (https://www.oek-kcc.org/arbitrazhi ). He has been an Arbitrator at the same court since 2021. Since 2022, he is a licensed attorney with the Kosovo Bar Association (https://www.oak-ks.org ).

Prof. Ass. Dr. Skender Gojani is currently a Full Professor at the Faculty of Law at AAB College, one of the most prominent higher education institutions in Kosovo and the region, a licensed attorney at the Kosovo Bar Association (OAK), and an arbitrator at the Kosovo Chamber of Commerce (OEK). He has significantly contributed to the development of academic curricula and the enhancement of teaching quality at this institution. He has trained and mentored dozens of students in the field of civil and contract law.
In addition to his academic engagement, Prof. Gojani has had an active career in both the public and private sectors. As Chairman of the Arbitration Court of Kosovo, he has made a notable contribution to the advancement of arbitration in the country. He has successfully combined academic experience with practical work, influencing institutional development and the legal education of new generations.
He is married, has three children, and lives in Prishtina.
