The QAPI (Center for Professional Development and Innovation) has successfully organized a series of trainings dedicated to enhancing the research and management capacities of academic staff, aiming to advance scientific performance and increase participation in international projects.
The training “Project Planning and Management (Basic Level)”, led by Prof. Erëza Mehmeti and Prof. Ilirjana Geci, focused on developing innovative ideas for development projects, equipping participants with knowledge on identifying opportunities for strategic cooperation at both national and international
levels.
Additionally, the training “Application of SPSS in Scientific Data Analysis”, delivered by Prof. Arbresha Qerimi and Prof. Fidan Qerimi, covered the full cycle of data analysis—from technical data preparation to the use of advanced statistical methods. The main objective was to improve the quality of research and create opportunities for publications in scientific journals and participation in international conferences.
