As part of expanding international cooperation and advancing higher education, the Rector of AAB College, Prof. Dr. Sc. Blerim Olluri, held an important meeting with the leadership of Yıldız Technical University (YTU) in Istanbul, Prof. Dr. Ozer Cinar, Board Member, and Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya, Vice- Rector for Academic Affairs.
The discussions focused on deepening institutional cooperation, the latest developments in science and technology, and opportunities for joint academic and research initiatives.
The main topics of the meeting included the organization of joint conferences, scientific publications, and the development of collaborative projects in strategically important fields for the future of education and innovation.
Rector Olluri presented the development and progress of AAB College over the years, emphasizing its current position as a leading institution in the region, as well as its commitment to strengthening international cooperation and continuously supporting both staff and students.
On the other hand, Prof. Dr. Ozer Cinar and Prof. Dr. Vatan Karakaya presented the latest developments at Yıldız Technical University, highlighting the importance of cooperation with institutions in Kosovo, particularly with AAB College.
Special emphasis was placed on three concrete proposals from AAB College, which were positively received by the Turkish side, regarding participation in a joint consortium in the fields of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, and the use of digital platforms. These initiatives aim to contribute to the further academic and technological development of both institutions.
This meeting marks an important step toward building sustainable international partnerships and creating new opportunities for students and academic staff, strengthening the role of both institutions in the global higher education arena.
