THE BOOK “SUCCESS OF SALES MANAGEMENT” OF THE FORMER AAB COLLEGE STUDENT, SHPËTIM MEMISHI PROMOTED

The book “Success of sales management” by Shpëtim Memishi was promoted today at AAB College. In this book, the author explains the concepts of sales management, with particular focus on the process of sales management self-efficacy.

“Success of sales management” is divided into six parts and fourteen chapters, and brings a completely practical approach through which the author touches on the full cycle of the sales management process, from the planning, organization, communication, process and negotiation techniques up to sales analysis and evaluation.

During his speech, the professor of the Faculty of Economics, Ilir Rexhepi, among others, said that a special feature of this book in terms of content, in addition to the scientific context, is how the author melds practical experience with the examples, case studies, concepts, methods, instruments and sales techniques. All of these factors make for a book that will have no trouble selling itself.

“This book is a skillfully honed instrument with an alternative and practical approach that will serve not only students but also all others who partake in sales management, to advance their practical professional training in order to manage sales better, and have greater success in the process of selling products or services” said Rexhepi.

The Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Medain Hashani, highly praised the work of the author Shpëtim Memishi, while also saying that AAB College is proud that Memishi has completed his studies in economics in both the bachelor and master’s level here at AAB College, amongst us.
