The Career Center Organizes an Academic Activity on Happiness and Well-Being

As part of the activities organized by the Career Center, a special event was held in collaboration with the Faculty of Psychology on the occasion of the International Day of Happiness.

This activity offered participants the opportunity to engage in an open and highly inspiring discussion, with a central focus on the role of the mind, personal experiences, and individual choices in shaping well being and personal happiness.

The event featured guest speaker psychologist Safet Blakaj, who shared professional insights on mental health, emphasizing that happiness is a continuous process that requires awareness, reflection, and commitment. He also highlighted the importance of emotional management and the impact of our thoughts on overall well-being.

Meanwhile, the Dean of the Faculty of Psychology, Arvesa Studenica, addressed the significance of life experiences and individual choices, encouraging students to take responsibility for their personal and professional development. She stressed that decisions directly influence our well-being and our journey toward a happier life.

During the activity, students actively participated by asking questions and sharing their perspectives, contributing to a reflective and motivating environment for all attendees.
