Student Veton Rruka, is the first candidate in master studies at the Faculty of Psychology who has now successfully defended their thesis at this faculty.
Veton Rruka has worked on the topic: “The impact of emotional intelligence in the relationship between work engagement and performance in teachers (VI-IX)”, which he defended before a commission composed of Dr. Aferdita Ahmeti – President, Ph.D. Mimoza Telaku – mentor, Prof. Ass. Dr. Tahir Latifi – member.
The research has revealed numerous data that for the first time are offered to us written in the Albanian language. The candidate was evaluated for outstanding success for the work done during the research and for the presentation before the commission and other attendees.
On this occasion, candidate Rruka thanked the mentors and all the academic staff of the Faculty of Psychology who, according to him, were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout this research. He emphasized that this scientific research will help him to further cement the knowledge base in Psychological Science.
