The first week of the Summer School organized within the framework of the “KO-in-EU” project, co funded by the European Union’s Erasmus+ Programme, has been successfully completed.
During this week, participants had the opportunity to attend a lecture entitled “Human Rights and Democracy in the European Union”, delivered by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bashkim Rrahmani.
The lecture provided an in-depth examination of the fundamental principles of democracy, the protection of human rights, and their role in European integration processes, fostering academic discussion and critical reflection on the European Union’s standards and practices in these areas.
The programme brought together a significant number of participants, including students from AAB College as well as students from the “Kadri Zeka” Public University in Gjilan.
At the conclusion of the activities, participants were awarded certificates in recognition of their engagement and contribution to the programme.
