The only international theater festival in Kosovo, “Prishtina International Theater Festival” successfully concludes its second edition.

During the evening of the award ceremony, the process of selecting the winners was a grueling one, considering how closely matched the plays were.

The Director of PITF2018 Ilir Tafa, and the artistic director, Burbuqe Berisha, assessed that the level of competition was extremely high. They expressed happiness that the second edition of this festival had such high participation until the very end.  This year’s festival has been marked with seven performances from around the world.

However, the award of Best Actor was given to the actors Ylber Bardhi and Adrian Morina of the show from Kosovo “Holly Shit”. During the ceremony, Adrian Morina exclaimed that this festival is exactly what the capital of Kosovo was missing. He also thanked the juries for deeming them worthy of the main price of the festival.  There were other awards to be had before the night ended, however.
