The two-day training on the topic “Planning and project management” organized by the Center for Professional Training and the Project Office of the AAB College was held. This training was aimed at raising the capacities of the participants for planning and implementing development projects, which aim to continuously improve the quality of education within the AAB College. The first group of participants was composed of 35 professors and assistants from different faculties within the AAB College. The active involvement of the participants in this training was also finalized with the conception of concrete ideas for the future projects which the AAB College intends to implement. Advanced trainings in this field will be organized continuously, in order to build high institutional capacities for planning and implementing development projects.
