The fourth-year students in the three campuses of AAB College in Prishtina, Gjakovë and Ferizaj have carried out professional workshops and job interview simulations. These workshops were led by Professor Osman Buleshkaj, Professor Arbërore Bicaj, Professor Gentiana Shahini and Professor Fadil Latifi. During the interview simulations, the students gained theoretical and practical knowledge of how one is carried out, practicing the professional steps of how to behave during this process, the way of conversation, self-presentation, presentation of one’s skills, etc.

The purpose of these simulations was for students to train and gain basic knowledge about interviews, so that after graduation they are prepared for the labor market.
