Agron Hajdini

Prof. Ass. Dr. Agron Hajdini was born on May 1, 1974 in Rufc i Vjetër, where he completed his primary education, and his secondary education in Lipjan. In 1998, he graduated from the Faculty of Economics of the University of Prishtina in the “Banking and Finance” department (https://uni-pr.edu/). In 2010, he completed his postgraduate studies at the same institution in the “Management and Informatics” department, where he earned the title of Master of Economic Sciences (Mr.Sc). In 2019, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the University of St. Clement of Ohrid (https://uklo.edu.mk), on the topic: “Implementation of European Legislation in the Field of Tourism as an Important Factor for the Development of Tourism in Kosovo”, being awarded the title of Doctor of Economic Sciences, profile in Tourism.

His professional experience began in the field of education, initially at the Ulpiana High School, in Lipjan, from 1998 to 2002. From 2002 until 2017, Prof. Hajdini had a long career at BpB Bank (https://bpbbank.com), where he worked as Branch Manager, in Lipjan.

In addition to other commitments during this period, from 2013 to 2017 he was an assemblyman at the municipal level (https://lipjan.rks-gov.net).
During 2018, he was engaged in the Municipality of Lipjan, first as a Property Appraiser, and then as a Market Inspector.

Prof. Ass. Dr. Agron Hajdini is an academic and manager with extensive experience in the private and academic sectors in Kosovo. He is currently the Head of the Unit at KRU – Prishtina (https://kru-prishtina.com). With a very rich career that includes the management of private enterprises, the development of higher education, he undoubtedly represents a capable personality.

Prof. Hajdini has a long academic activity. From the academic year 2012/13 to the academic year 2014/15, he was part of the staff of AAB College (https://aab-edu.net) where he started working as an Assistant in Economic Courses such as: Banking Management, Financial Markets and Institutions, Money, Banking and Credit.

Since the academic year 2020/21, he has been part of the staff at AAB College (https://aab-edu.net), where he teaches Economics courses such as: Accountant in Business and Business Law.

In addition to his academic education, Prof. Ass. Dr. Hajdini has participated in various trainings related to the field of economics and managerial skills, in 2003 he participated in the training “Knowledge of Bank Softwares”, in 2005 in “Training for Management Area”, in 2006 in “Training for Management Works”, and also in 2011, in a training with the same name. These trainings, organized by Banka për Biznes (https://bpbbank.com), which influenced the growth of the organizational and managerial qualities of Prof. Hajdini.

Also in 2011, he participated in the training organized by BSC Kosovo, on SME Management and Project Management, named “Management Training”.

2012 was a productive year for him in terms of training, as he participated in the training organized by EBRD (https://www.ebrd.com/home/what-we-do/where-we-invest/kosovo.html), with certificates confirming his participation in the “Internal Control Workshop” and the “Sales Coaching Workshop”.

In 2015, he participated in the “Change Management” Training Module, organized by WIFI Albania.

There is also no shortage of certifications for training from QAPI (Center for Professional Training and Innovation) – AAB College, (https://qapi.aab-edu.net/) where in 2021 he participated in the Training “Teaching, Evaluation and Design of Learning Outcomes at AAB”. In 2022, he participated in two other trainings from the same center, the training “Principles of student assessment and grade construction in AAB”, and then in the training “Communication and connection of research with public policies”.

He is married, has three children and lives in Lipjan.
