Athanassiadou: Greece does not exclude the possibility of recognizing the Kosovo independence

“We did not recognize Kosovo independence, but we said we will not exclude the possibility for the recognition. Out of the 5 EU countries we are the most flexible”, said the head of the Greek Liaison Office in Pristina, Ambassador Constantina Athanassiadou, during a lecture delivered to students of the AAB University.

In this lecture on “Greece foreign policy”, Athanassiadou talked about the history of creation of the Modern Greek nation who in 2021 will celebrate its 200th anniversary.

During the debate at the end of this lecture, Ambassador Konstantina Athanassiadou answered the AAB students’ questions.
