Professor of International Law (teaches International Law, Arbitration, and European Law). Mentor participated in a training organized by Ohio Northern University, where he was certified in Legal Pedagogy by successfully completing their courses. He participated in many roundtables, panels, conferences, and other local and international trainings on teaching methodology and scientific research. He completed Bachelor studies in Law, as well as Master’s and Doctoral studies in International Law. At Harvard University, he completed the Challenges of American National Security, Strategy, and The Press course. Mentor Lecaj also passed the Bar Exam and worked as a licensed lawyer. He participated in many projects such as the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Western Balkans Cultural Antenna. Mentor is a member of the expert group in the Assembly of the Cultural Innovation Network, located in Brussels, and he is also involved in other organizations in Albania and Kosovo. He started working as a full-time Lecturer in International Law at the University of Prizren and currently works full-time at the Faculty of Law-AAB College.
