Shqiponja Nallbani
Dr. Shqiponja Nallbani-Berisha, born on April 25, 1983, in Peja, Kosovo, is a dedicated educator, researcher, and lecturer in the fields of Management, Business, and Marketing. The daughter of Dr. Arbëresha Ajdini Nallbani, a dermatologist and venereologist, and Zeqirja Nallbani, an economist, she grew up in a family deeply devoted to knowledge, culture, and education. Surrounded by her sisters – Dardane, Arbërore, Aulona – and brother Arbër, Shqiponja inherited a profound respect for education, public service, and academic excellence.
She completed her primary education (at “8 Marsi” Primary School) and secondary education (at “Bedri Pejani” High School) in Peja. She earned her Bachelor’s degree in Tourism and Hospitality Management from the University of Prishtina. She completed her Master’s studies at the University of Prishtina in Management and Informatics, focusing on workplace well-being. Her doctoral studies were completed at the European University of Tirana, with a dissertation titled “Managers in the Development of Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo,” exploring the impact of leadership structures on the quality of higher education.

Personal Life
In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, Shqiponja married Mr. Dardan Abdyl Berisha, graduated in Master degree in sports science. Mr. Berisha is a sports journalist at RTK. A year later, Ms. Nallbani Berisha became the proud mother of a vibrant, confident, and joyful daughter – Darona Berisha.
Shqiponja is a dedicated wife and partner, as well as a tireless, responsible, and loving mother to Darona. She currently resides and works in Prishtina.
