Armend Fazliu
Dean U.D.
Armend FAZLIU was born in Gjilan.
He finished his studies at the Faculty of Construction and Architecture in 2005 at the University of Pristina. He completed his post-graduate studies at the Faculty of Arts, Scenography branch at the University of Prishtina in 2011. He earned the title of Doctor of Science in the field of Architecture at the NBU University in Bulgaria in 2020.
Since 2012, he has been engaged in AAB College, first as an assistant, and then as a lecturer in the subjects “Space Design” and “Projection”. Since 2016, he has been engaged as an external university lecturer at the Faculty of Arts at the University of Prishtina, teaching the subjects “Design” and “Interior”.
In addition to academic work, Armend Fazliu also works in the field of architectural design, where he has realized a considerable number of different projects in Kosovo and abroad.
Armend Fazliu is the author of several scientific publications which he has presented at international scientific conferences and has published in international scientific journals outside Kosovo, including Italy, Bulgaria, Hungary, and Albania.

Elisa Nikolla
Teaching Coordinator
She was born in Lezhë, Albania. She completed her basic studies in the field of British and American cultural studies at the University of Shkodra “Luigj Gurakuqi” in 2008. She then completed her master’s studies at the Philological University of Tirana for “Intercultural Communication-Tourism and Linguistics” in 2010.
She is currently continuing her doctoral studies in Sofia, Bulgaria at the NBU University, Department of Design, with the thesis “Visual Culture, Visual Communication and Digital Culture as interdisciplinary fields from tradition to innovation”.
Elisa Nikolla has joined AAB College since 2013 as a lecturer in the Faculty of Arts.
She has been a coordinator in many cultural projects in various organizations such as CAAP, Terres des Hommes, World Vision, H.A.N.A as well as for several years as a collaborator of the “FLATRA” magazine dedicated only to art and lifestyle.
Elisa Nikolla has served as an external advisor to the Book and Projects Sector, in the Management Directorate of Centers for Openness and Dialogue (COD) in the period December 2021 – December 2022, Tirana.
She holds the position of Vice-Dean of the Faculty of Arts in the AAB College from 2020 onwards.
She has made a series of study visits to Italy, Greece, Germany, Bulgaria, Finland, Croatia, Estonia and Macedonia, while she has participated in various cultural-artistic exhibitions and colonies with AAB College students both abroad and within the country.

Medina Ceko
Quality Assurance Coordinator
Medina Çeko was born on June 30, 1987, in Prizren, where she completed her primary and secondary education.
In 2009, she graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at AAB College in the field of “Architecture,” and in 2010, she completed her studies at the Faculty of Arts in the field of “Interior Design.”
In 2016, she completed her postgraduate studies at Trakya University in Turkey, earning a Master of Science in Architecture (Mr.Sc) with the thesis:
“Evaluation of Spatial Accessibility for People with Disabilities in the City – Case Study of Kosovo.”
Between 2009 and 2016, she worked in various architecture companies such as A Design, Tiki Design, and Ferizi Architects, gaining valuable experience in architectural and interior design projects.
During this period, she was licensed by the Chamber of Architects of Kosovo with Level A.
In 2022, she enrolled in the PhD program at Trakya University and is currently working on her dissertation:
“Proposal of a Method for Preserving Vernacular Houses of Kosovo – The Kulla,” in the Architecture profile.
