Koç University International Programs Office will organize the 8th International Staff Week & Study Abroad Fair, bringing together staff members from various partner institutions to explore key topics related to international exchange programs, student experiences, and global partnerships. Radboud University has opened a call for the summer school, which will be held from 23 June 2025 – 4 July 2025.
This school offers over 25 courses in English, in social sciences, humanities and more.
Important selection criterion: the scholarship is only offered to doctoral candidates and staff who are on regular employment contracts at AAB College.

1. Important selection criterion: the scholarship is only offered to doctoral candidates and staff who are on regular employment contracts at AAB College.
Nominated participants will receive an email from RADBOUD with information about the online application. The total course fee costs will be deducted from the total Erasmus+ grant that the participant will receive.
Please note that the Erasmus+ grant does not cover all costs. It is simply a financial contribution.
The attached budget guide can help you see what is and is not covered.
Once the participant has submitted the completed application, that application will be reviewed. If the participant is accepted, the participant will receive an email with practical information about the Summer School and a separate email with instructions on how to complete the Erasmus+ scholarship application.
After approval by the specific course leaders, the participant will receive a grant letter within two weeks informing them of the grant amount. They will be sent a Grant Agreement 30 days before arrival at their place of stay. Approximately one week before, you will receive information about the payment of the grant, which will be made available upon arrival in the Netherlands.

Only 2 staff members of AAB College, who will be part of the mobility and will be financed by the Erasmus+ IMC program, are eligible for selection.

SMK University of Applied Sciences in Klaipeda, Lithuania has opened the call for applications to the Lithuanian Language and Culture Summer Course 2024, for students and professors of AAB College.
This course is funded by the Foundation for Supporting Educational Exchanges: (www.smpf.lt). The program combines four weeks of intensive Lithuanian language lessons and workshops with a diverse range of cultural events, sightseeing tours and excursions to get to know the history, culture and way of life in Lithuania. The Lithuanian language and culture summer course will take place from August 1-30, 2024 at SMK University of Applied Sciences, Kalvarijų str. 137E, Vilnius Lithuania. Financial provisions:
1) The participant accepted for the Lithuanian language and culture course will receive a stipend of EUR 825 (upon arrival in Lithuania).
2) The tuition fees for the Lithuanian language and culture course will be covered by the Republic of Lithuania and transferred directly to SMK University of Applied Sciences.
3) Any other fees, travel and accommodation costs will be covered by the student/staff members.

AAB College students are invited to apply for participation in the 2024 Leadership Summer School, which will be held from August 6 – 16, 2024 in Stuttgart, Germany.
The conditions for application are:
Applicants must be students or recent graduates between 21 and 26 years old
Must originate from Central or Eastern Europe
A good level of English is required
We are looking for candidates who are motivated, proactive and ready to be challenged
Active involvement in community activities will be considered an advantage

PhD candidates and academic staff are invited to participate in the 2024 summer school, organized by Radboud University in the Netherlands. Attending this school is an excellent opportunity to explore academic courses supported by research-based learning methods.
This year over 60 courses are offered which are divided into 14 areas and all are taught in English by Dutch academics.
Doctoral candidates who have not had any prior training within the framework of Erasmus+ have the right to apply and have priority in the selection.

The University of Caen in Normandy, France, has announced an open call for participation in the International Week, which will be held from April 8-12, 2024, as part of the Erasmus+ program, where representatives of AAB College staff will be welcomed at the Partnership Days, to meet current partners and to expand the network of cooperation with other partners.
The week includes meetings, presentations and seminars, while the following faculties are eligible to apply: Faculty of Mass Communication, Faculty of Foreign Languages, Faculty of Computer Sciences, Faculty of Law, Faculty of English Language, Faculty of Computer Science.
This international week means finding partners for future cooperation projects, setting meetings as a continuation of the compilation of new projects and sharing experience with colleagues.
Regarding this international week, AAB College will assign a professor to the aforementioned faculties, i.e. 4 representatives from the institution.

Call for participation in the International Staff Week has been opened by the Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Kuopio, Finland, which will be held from 19-22 February 2024 at the Lisalmi campus. The International Green Economy Staff Week, organized in collaboration with the European university alliance EU4DUAL, features presentations and seminars related to the green economy in teaching and research.
The topics to be examined are from different fields such as: engineering, business, tourism, design, agriculture and social services. The week includes networking opportunities to find partners for future collaboration projects.
A professor from the field of economics, business and entrepreneurship will participate from AAB College during that week.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
The Office for International Relations and Cooperation at AAB will notify you of the results and according to them I will make the nomination to Radboud University. If you are nominated, you will also receive an email from Radboud University with information about the next online application. The total costs of the summer school fee will be deducted from the total Erasmus+ grant you will receive.
Once the participant has submitted a complete application to Radboud University, the program director from Radboud will review the application. If the participant is accepted, the participant will receive an e-mail with practical information about the Summer School and a separate e-mail with instructions on how to complete the Erasmus+ scholarship application.
In the event that the program director cannot accept the participant into the program (because places are full or because the participant's educational level or background is not suitable for the program) they will try to offer the participant a choice of any other program. In case the participant cannot be accepted in another summer program, then the scholarship goes to another candidate.
After the approval of the specific program manager, the participant will receive a grant award letter within two weeks informing them of the amount of the grant/scholarship. The grant is available upon arrival in the Netherlands.
WITH PARTIAL OR FULL SELF-FINANCE
Every year, the Université de Caen Normandie dedicates a whole week to its global partners, giving them the opportunity to discover the institution and the unique historical heritage of the Normandy region. Through sessions, meetings and presentations of faculty and staff, Université de Caen Normandie will share best practices and exchange information on common issues and objectives related to international education.
The 2023 edition of the International Week at the Université de Caen Normandie will be held on May 10-12, at UNICAEN's main campus located in the city center of Caen. The participation fee of 50 euros (which covers all meals mentioned in the program and the half-day excursion to places of historical importance) as well as travel and accommodation expenses must be covered by the staff themselves.
