Accreditation

According to the Law on Higher Education in the Republic of Kosovo No. 04/L-037 and the Law No. 08/L-110 on the Kosovo Accreditation Agency (KAA), accreditation is a formal process of assessing the
quality of a higher education institution and/or its study programs, through which the KAA determines whether the required quality standards and criteria have been met.

Accreditation is a mandatory process for all higher education institutions at the institutional level and for each study program.

At the institutional level, AAB College has undergone the following re-accreditation processes:

First institutional accreditation: 01 October 2009 – 30 September 2010 (1-year accreditation)
Second institutional accreditation: 01 October 2010 – 30 September 2013 (3-year accreditation)
Third institutional accreditation: 01 October 2013 – 30 September 2018 (5-year accreditation)
Fourth institutional accreditation: 01 October 2019 – 30 September 2022 (3-year accreditation)
Fifth institutional accreditation: 01 October 2022 – 30 September 2027 (5-year accreditation)
