Prof. Assist. Dr. Aida Alla i kreu studimet universitare në vitin 2007 në Universitetin e Tiranës, Fakulteti i Gjuhëve të Huaja, Departamenti i Gjuhës Angleze, ku u specializua në anglistikë dhe amerikanistikë. Studimet Master i kreu me meritë në të njejtin universitet në drejtimin Përkthim Teknik – Letrar dhe Interpretim.
Studimet Doktorale i ndoqi në Universitetin e Tiranës ne fushën e gjuhësisë kontrastive dhe studimeve përkthimore. Në punimin e saj doktoral, krahasoi sistemin gjuhësor të gjuhës angleze me sistemin gjuhësor të gjuhës shqipe, nga këndvështrimi sintaksor, stilistik dhe kulturor në shqipërimin e përkthyesit të njohur Amik Kasoruho.
Ka një përvojë të larmishme punë në organizata ndërkombëtare dhe auditore universitare. Prej katër vitesh ka qenë përkthyese dhe koordinatore për marrëdhëniet me publikun në UNDP Albania AMAE (Organizata e Kombeve të Bashkuara për Zhvillim). Ka përfaqësuar delegacionin shqiptar në kuadër të projektit AMAE UNDP në konferencën e raportimit në Qëndrën për Bashkëpunim për Sigurinë, Zagreb.
Ka qenë përkthyese dhe interprete në projektin kundër trafikimit të qenieve njerëzore në IOM (Organizata Ndërkombëtare për Emigracionin). Ka punuar si përkthyese dhe koordinatore për marrëdhëniet me publikun në Lëvizjen MJAFT!.
Në përiudhën 2007 – 2012 ka punuar si ligjëruese në Universitetin e Tiranës, Fakulteti i Gjuhëve të Huaja.
Prej tetorit te vitit 2012 është ligjëruese në Kolegjin AAB, në Fakultetin e Gjuhëve të Huaja, Departamenti i Gjuhës Angleze, dhe ligjëron përkatësisht lëndën e sintaksës së gjuhës angleze dhe përkthim/interpretim. Aida ka kontribuar si koordinatore për sigurinë e cilësisë, pranë dekanatit të Gjuhës Angleze, Kolegji AAB në periudhën 2016-2017, periudhë në të cilën drejtoi grupin e punës për konferencën e parë Ndërkombëtare për Gjuhësi, Letërsi dhe Kulturë.
Ka marrë pjesë në disa konferenca shkencore ndërkombëtare, nder të cilat mund të përmenden pjesëmarrja në konferencën e organizaur nga Universidad Complutense në Madrid; në University of Sheffield City College Selanik, në Cukorova dhe Sulejman Sah Univeristy, Stamboll, Universiteti i Tiranës dhe Universiteti i Durrësit.
