Fatmir Pireva

Prof. Assoc. Dr. Fatmir Pireva ka lindur më 7 dhjetor 1970 në Tygjec, shkollimin fillor dhe të mesëm e përfunduar ne Gjilan. Studimet e nivelit të parë i ka kryer në Fakultetin e Edukimit Fizik dhe Sportit në Universitetin e Prishtinës (1990–1995). Më pas, ka vazhduar studimet master në të njëjtin fakultet, të cilat i përfundoi në vitin 2008, ndërsa titullin Doktor i Shkencave të Sportit e mori në Universitetin “Džemal Bijedić” në Mostar, Bosnjë dhe Hercegovinë (2012), me disertacionin mbi zhvillimin e aftësive motorike te ndjeshme dhe periudhat sensitive te zhvillimit të koordinimit, precizitetit dhe ekuilibrit.

Karriera e tij profesionale është shumëdimensionale, duke përfshirë sektorin akademik, publik dhe atë ndërkombëtar. Që nga viti 2012 është pjesë e stafit akademik në Kolegjin AAB, në Fakultetin e Edukimit Fizik dhe Sportit, ndërsa prej vitit 2015 ushtron funksionin e Dekanit të këtij fakulteti https://aab-edu.net/fakultetet/kulture-fizike-dhe-sport/dekanati/. Ligjëron në nivelin Bachelor dhe Master, lëndë si: “Basketboll”, “Edukatë fizike dhe metodologji”, “Teknologji e trajnimit sportiv”, “Edukata fizike speciale”, “Matje dhe testime në sportin elitar” dhe “Strategjitë udhëheqëse në lojërat sportive”.

Përpara angazhimit të tij në Kolegjin AAB, ka shërbyer për disa vite në projekte të rëndësishme zhvillimore dhe ndihmëse. Nga viti 2004 deri në 2015 ka punuar në bashkëpunim me GTZ/GIZ, https://www.giz.de/en/worldwide/298.html dhe Agjencinë Evropiane të Rindërtimit , në rolin e zyrtarit teknik dhe profesional për Komunat e Kosovës dhe Ministrinë e Ekonomisë dhe Financave, ku ka kontribuar në projekte për efiçiencë energjetike, auditim të brendshëm dhe kontroll të financave publike. Gjithashtu, ka qenë asistent personal i Avokatit të Popullit, https://oik-rks.org/en/ dhe më parë pjesë e OSBE-së https://www.osce.org/sq/mission-in-kosovo në fushën e sigurisë.

Prof. Pireva ka një kontribut të gjerë në hulumtime shkencore dhe publikime në fushën e shkencave të sportit, me mbi 30 punime të botuara në revista të indeksuara ndërkombëtare si “Sport Science”, “Sportski Logos”, “SportMont”, “Sports Science and Health” etj. Fokuset e tij përfshijnë aftësitë motorike, basketbollin, antropometrinë, edukimin fizik në shkollat fillore, dallimet gjinore në performancë fizike, si dhe ndikimin e aktivitetit fizik jashtëshkollor në zhvillimin e fëmijëve. Ka kontribuar si autor dhe bashkëautor në publikime të rëndësishme edhe gjatë periudhës së pandemisë COVID-19, duke adresuar rolin e alternativave të reja në aktivitetet sportive dhe rekreative.

Ai ka marrë pjesë në më shumë se 25 konferenca shkencore ndërkombëtare, duke përfaqësuar Kolegjin AAB në vende si Bosnjë, Shqipëri, Maqedoni e Veriut, Turqi, Spanjë, Francë dhe Çeki. Ndër aktivitetet më të fundit përfshihen mobilitetet Erasmus+ në

Let’s PLAY Maths. Shpërndarja dhe komunikimi mbi vlerën e lojërave sportive të bazuara në mësimin e matematikës për nxënësit e moshës 6–9 vjeç. Projekt evropian bashkëpunues (Erasmus+ project), i realizuar në partneritet me:

Roli: Anëtar i ekipit të projektit (2025 – 2027).

Përveç angazhimeve akademike, ai është aktiv në përgatitjen dhe menaxhimin e trajnimeve, seminareve dhe projekteve të bashkëpunimit në fushën e sportit, edukimit dhe zhvillimit të kapaciteteve institucionale. Gjatë karrierës ka dëshmuar profesionalizëm, integritet dhe përkushtim për avancimin e edukimit sportiv dhe zhvillimin e praktikave bashkëkohore në këtë fushë në Kosovë dhe rajon.

Prof. Fatmir Pireva ishte bashkëthemelues i Shoqatës së Pedagogëve të Kulturës Fizike dhe Sportit nga viti 1995 për regjionin e Gjilanit. Po ashtu në vitin 1995 bashkëthemelues dhe njëherit sekretar i Klubit të Skijimit Gjilani.

Prof. Fatmir Pireva njëherit është themelues i klubit të basketbollit PROSTAR në vitin 2005 në Prishtinë, ku në këtë klub shumë gjenerata i morën hapat e parë në basketboll.

Nga FIBA dhe FBK në vitin 2006 ka marrë licencën për trajner të basketbollit për grupmosha të reja. https://www.basketbolli.com/

Prof. Fatmir Pireva është anëtar i bordit organizativ të konferencave sportive në: Universitetin e Sarajevës, Fakulteti i Sportit dhe Edukimit Fizik; Universitetin e Tetovës, Fakultetin e Kulturës Fizike dhe Sportit; Universitetin Nënë Tereza në Shkup, Fakultetin e Kulturës Fizike dhe Sportit.

Po ashtu është anëtar i bordit recensues në disa revista shkencore siç janë: Sport Science nga Travniku, Bosnja dhe Hercegovina, Sport and Health International Journal of Sports Sciences and Health, Tetovë, Maqedoni e Veriut.
